Land Rover Factory Schedule Service Near Miami, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Worried about keeping your Land Rover in good condition? Whether you own a Range Rover, Defender, Range Rover Sport or Velar, or a Discovery, the key is to keep it maintained. The automaker specifies a maintenance schedule that will help you do just that. What should you know about Land Rover factory schedule service options, though? We’ll break it all down for you here.

5,000 Miles

If you are using conventional oil or a synthetic blend, you’ll need to have your oil and oil filter changed every 5,000 miles. This service should also include a check of your air filter, although these can usually go 10,000 or even 15,000 miles between changes depending on driving conditions and environmental factors. Driving in dusty conditions will require more frequent changing.

During this service, you should also have your tire pressure and tread depth checked, as well as the chassis lubricated and the condition of your battery cables, terminals, and charge level assessed. You should have your tires rotated with every other oil change.

10,000 Miles

Every 10,000 miles, you should have all the checks listed above, plus your coolant level should be checked, your transmission fluid level should be checked, and your steering and suspension should be assessed.

15,000 Miles

This is your first major service and will involve an oil change, but also the replacement of your air filter, your cabin filter, and more. The drive belts should be inspected at this point, as should your braking system, door and hood hinges and latches, wiper blades, and wheels/tires.

30,000 Miles

Your 30,000-mile service is another major one and should include an in-depth inspection of your brake system, as well as your seat belts, your driveshaft, the vehicle’s wiring harness and suspension, and more.

60,000 Miles

Your 60,000-mile service should include everything in the 30,000-mile service. However, you may also need additional services depending on the results of an inspection. This could include a transmission fluid change, battery replacement, and other services. It will depend greatly on your driving habits and the conditions where you drive. Here in South Florida, the heat, humidity, and salt in the air can damage belts and hoses quickly, so at Euromotive, we pay close attention to these areas during each multi-point inspection.
