Schedule A

Schedule A is the first service your Mercedes should receive and it should be done at 10,000 miles or one year, depending on which comes first. Note that your driving habits and environmental factors may affect when this service is performed, but your vehicle’s Flexible Service System will alert you when it is due.

Schedule A services include an oil and filter change, checking and topping off all fluids, checking tire pressure and correcting it if necessary, inspecting your brakes, and resetting your maintenance counter.

Schedule B

Schedule B services occur every 20,000 miles or two years. Again, your Flexible Service System will alert you if this service is due before your vehicle reaches the mileage or age mark. Included in this service is an oil and filter change. Technicians will also check and top off all fluids, check tire inflation, change your cabin filter, inspect your brakes, flush and fill the brake fluid, and reset your maintenance counter.
