Duane and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable, they have worked on two of my Mercedes S Class vehicles. I prefer them to the dealership because they are straight up honest. They know what they are doing, and they are a lot less expensive than the dealer. When you go inside the shop you will find an impeccably clean and well-organized facility; to me, this indicates a very professional operation. The customer service is outstanding.
